Maybe it is the fact that the Quest Line isnt designed to be just a random quest from Ada, but nah that is impossible.
Changing the start position of a Quest Line can't cause unexpected errors..

The quest line is also bugged, i've tried to do it on my titan but i'm stuck at the quest "Repowered Izanami Igniter" because i can't active the forge ):
