What is "You stand, unworthy"?
It is located in an Anchor of Light location.

There’s a little offering dish thing on top of the round tower in the middle of achor of light. Maybe you take it there when you are worthy?

Shoot it with deathbringer and the globe pops out. Other than that nobody knows yet, but assuming it's a future exotic or something in Eris morn's weekly quests to come.

Is probably for xenophage exotic quest, or even leviathan's breath exotic quest.

I dont think anybody knows, but you can make the light pop out if you shoot something explosive in it
