The Stuff of Myth Triumph Issues

I reached fabled 1 but it is not registering that I got Fabled. Do I have to reach Fabled 3 for it to count?

Same thing happened to me. I just re queued comp and the triumph popped. That grind was way easier this time. I knocked out most of the rank points this evening.
