Hola, This was brought up recently as a bug, but the fix was incomplete and the problem remains. Those of us who started shadowkeep with full quests and bounties ran into issues when a quest dropped after the nightmare of crota encounter. A quest step dropped but inventory was full and couldn't be collected. It was stated previously that you could find the quest at the post master, this much was true. However, once you pick up the quest from the post master after making room in your quest inventory page, it appears as "????" and states to speak with Eris Morn to progress the quest. The problem is that when you do speak with Eris, nothing happens and the quest stays in your inventory and you are unable to progress with the item, or even dismantle it. Pretty sure this leads to further story/campaign content that we are unable to play. Could we get some feedback on this or a resolution ASAP. Thank you.
