Day 10 Steam move error - Bungie's TWAB: Just keep trying!

I'm sorry but it's been 10 days and there has been no other response from Bungie aside from, "we're investigating... keep trying to migrate" and "you need to make a new Steam account" in relation to the PC migration errors (either caused by a miss-link of an incorrect Blizz account or some other glitch). When are we going be addressed by Bungie-proper in a more meaningful update? We deserve better Bungie! TWAB - 10Oct2019: https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/48293
