Why nerf hc's, buff pulses, and then introduce a quest that forces everyone to use scouts and sit in spawn. Most games are slowed to a crawl and go to time. The laning team shots of year 1 are back big time and it is not fun. I'd rather get MT'd and Reclused by a floating titan with an overshield (that can also see me through walls) over and over again, than play in this meta for the next year. I like the super changes and that's really about it.
