Hi there,
PC Migration is a one-time process that cannot be undone or altered. Unfortunately, once PC Migration has successfully occurred those characters cannot be moved.

I got the same error, and I only have 1 steam and 1 battlenet account

Edited by Hyperion-2: 10/10/2019 12:12:59 AMThe characters that I want to move have not been used in PC migration. The wrong battle.net account was linked to my steam during the migration. I unlinked my Steam from the inactive Battle.net account when I realized this. Then when I tried to link my AVCTIVE Battle.net account to my Steam it said the PC migration was successful even though nothing was transferred.

Hi there, You will need to link your correct Battle.net account to a new Steam account. The Steam account that had the inactive Battle.net account migrated to has already been flagged in our system for completing the PC Migration and cannot be undone.
