What happened to all the people claming "with the new system we will be able to play how we want"?
English

We will never be allowed to play how we want, not if we want the best gear.
-
At least d1 we had more freedom to play how we wanted to. In d2 it's been more about control.
-
I know, but i have come to grips with the fact that D1 was one of a kind and that the current and, most likely, future versions of bungie will never get it right again. Especially when their primary goal seems to be centered on fleecing paying customers for eververse junk.
-
True, but if a miracle happens things can change for the better, mind you, I said miracle 😄

Most of us are too busy enjoying the product we were given to come here and be drowned by the over bearing amount of circle jerk hate that the forum has devolved into. There is absolutely zero reason to try and argue with a brick wall.
-
Yet you are here, I guess you're not one of the ones "too busy enjoying the prduct"🤦♂️
-
lmao I mean when i’m enjoying the game I come on here more except this time I’m just hating
-
I just think it's funny how some people think they are being clever and when they are put in their spot they disappear 😄
-
sounds like everyone on this forum, i’m even guilty just because I really don’t give a -blam!- lol but when it comes to trolling, I don’t think i can compete with you
-
Lol, reading that lat part. It's not all trolling but I do have fun at times :)
-
lmao. I’ve said the same thing a million times and people still get upset

I did say most of us. Not like me being here means I don't enjoy what I got.
-
I did say most of us. Not like me being here means I don't enjoy what I got.
So other words you thought you were being clever by saying nothing at all, got it.
-
No. I stated the obvious. The only 2 kinds of perspectives that rise to the top of any game specific forum are that of fanaticism or of hate. Both are terrible. Me pointing out that the Bnet forums are a circle jerk of hate isn't a clever statement. It's an obvious one. Neither is me stating that someone enjoying the game is less likely to come to the forum. You can pretty much look at any given subreddit or game specific forum to find this to be the case. But believe what you want to believe. Your snarky reply to this very thread is more "clever" then anything i've written to you.
-
TL, DR Just saying, not being rude but, If you don't like someone playing your game? then don't play games. Simple logic really.
-
In this case "tldr" means can't be bothered because I lack the basic respect to give another individual in a discussion. And I don't follow your second part at all.

Mostly playing the way they want.

I think we will once everyone gets all the mods. I personally think it will allow much easier customization. As someone else stated, token spamming vendors provides a large supply of mods. Honestly, Bungie said it will take us time, they also stated that a lot of Guardians will be better off running old gear initially. It’s only been a week....
-
I haven't infused anything or used mods yet but will when I find something worth using. I agree about the token spamming but if you think about it, prior to this system the Gunsmith only offered a couple of mods worth using like supper so people would just save up until the rotation came around. So would this mean Bungie should look into creating more options that might reduce that spamming?
-
Honestly man, I haven’t had too big a problem acquiring new mods. I feel like I get new ones every hr or so. It just seems tedious right now because of how many there are. The nice thing though is once we have it we have it. We can in theory run with 1 - 3 armor sets for everything we do. We can reset mods we can even reset our artifact to use it differently. Seriously time will show that those who are really playing will have a lot more control of our builds.
What happened to all the people claming "with the new system we will be able to play how we want"?
When has Bungo ever allowed that?
