Hi, so D2 is free to play and my buddy is having a hard time getting into the game. Hes done the new tutorial and after the ship takes off he hits a loading screen with the error code banana. He doesn't own shadowkeep and isnt ready to make that purchase yet. If we could get some direction that would be helpful.
