Can not claim my Reward code for the Raid Jacket

Hi BNG Team, i have beaten the Raid before weekly reset. I even got the mail about the jacket. Unfortunately I can not claim my Reward! Could I get please help to resolve that issue? Best Regards JaaccK

I'm having same issue, I could claim it before today but whatevers changed since then is stopping me from claiming the code for Jacket and T Shirt
