Hello there, i have a question that is related to the use of NetLimiter. I looked up the Terms of service of the game as well as other rules that were on the bungie.net site but i'm still a bit unsure. Is NetLimiter a malicious program towards the game when used in a party that is okay with it (only in PvE setting), it is a third-party program but in no way ruins anyone's experience as well as its not a Cheat or Hacking program. It would be awesome if i could use it because of my bad internet but it might get me banned so im really unsure. I'd rather not use it if that is the case. Thank you for your answer!
