This thing is going to always make sure you have your melee charged. And with a charged melee you get shields, your allies get a shield, your own bubble gets a shield, EVERYONE GETS A SHIELD!! It has been reworked to be more effective. Melee kills reloads the weapon, recharges your melee, regens ammo, and triggers Markov Chain x5 which is actually Swashbuckler but for Monte Carlo.
