instead of Outlaw as MIDA's catalyst, would you rather have
because we all know Outlaw sucks on MIDA

I'd pick moving target. Not every gun needs a damage buff perk to work.

I was initially for Rapid Hit awhile ago when discussing things like this, but Moving Target's definitely a great option as well. They both fit the character of the weapon more than damage increases imo.

How about something unique? -MIDA Agility: Kills increase sprint speed. Stacks up to 10x (+10% per stack, precision kills grant 2 stacks, stacks decay after 12 seconds).

13 RepliesSwashbuckler would make it actually decent in PVE. Right now there are simply WAY better options for pve primaries. Dragonfly would be good too, and would build into the idea of it being multi-use with any element Firefly. This is an exotic after all. It is okay in crucible but is regularly out performed by many things even at range, *cough* high impact pulses *cough* and its routinely underpowered in PVE. It should be at least a little better

I saw a post recently that suggested giving the MIDA Multi-Tool the ability to swap between perks. Perhaps in the same fashion as switching elements with Hard Light or Borealis, one could switch between Explosive Rounds, Armor Piercing Rounds, etc.
