Eyes on the Moon quest?
Can’t do the Vex Invasion because I need to complete the Eyes on the Moon? Anybody know what is going on?

It wasn’t spelled out very well but you need to load in to patrol and go to an area where the event happens. It’s on a timer like Public events but a lot shorter. Just completed it a few minutes ago.
