Can't learn from Shuro Chi
I have attempted to complete 3 separate patrols so far and every time I get to the spot to "Learn from Shuro Chi" nothing happens when I hold down the prompted button. I've tried everything I can think of to fix the bug, but to no avail. Please help. I'd like to get the triumph for completing the lessons. The video I've posted is from another user with the same issue.

Still bugged as of 22 November 2019. Have completed these patrols successfully previously on this character, so I'm not sure what change brought about this. Might be since Shadowkeep was released that I haven't been able to complete them?

Count me in ... The dreaming city is awe-inspiring and I thought to learn some backstory :-( Very annoying that they don't fix it. I also have Forsaken/Shadowkeep in case that matters, but I had them from the beginning.
