Cross Save didnt transfer my purchase of DLC Forsaken
Since Bungie dont have a direct helpline ive had to post it here.
I did my cross save transfer from Ps4 to PC yesterday and it says that i have the DLC Forsaken on my PS4 account but on my steam it says that i need to purchase the DLC again despite having purchased it on the PS4.
Help plz

Its been at least 3 weeks already and for some reason i have all the dlc's on my ps5. I originally bought the dlcs on pc and would complain because i didnt want to buy them again for console. Then one day i just magically had them on ps5 and pc. Idk if they changed this or not but can someone explain plz?

I guess Bungie Sunset our DLC as well. it's 2021 and its easy to control what DLC you own and for what platform. I think that people should have to rebuy games or programs if they change plattform. i have bought several licenses for PC programs and changed them over to Mac when i bought into that ecosystem. NOT A PROBLEM. if the developers care about the customer. Sometimes i even got to keep licenses for both systems: Either way, they lock your PSN, Steam, Xbox account and just change over to another platform. I already payed over 200$ for all the expansions on PS4. and now i can't switch over to PC and play there with better and faster graphics. So i guess it's not 2021 but early 2000!

2 RepliesThis is the dumbest thing I have read in a while. We prove that we are the owners of the accounts we are setting as our account to cross play with. Bungie, you can see that we have already purchased the DLC, so why make us purchase it again? It kind of defeats the purpose of being able to cross play if you ask me. I'm not going to pay for something that I have already paid for, so I am forced to make a new character anyways just to play the basic version.

8 RepliesDLC does not transfer via Cross Save. You need to buy it on each platform you want to play on ONLY the character progress and quests and items transfer.
