Not sure what's going on with this exactly. Same deal if anyone is in a fireteam with me or if I'm solo like I am in the video. I've tried picking up the items throughout the moon to see if that fixes it, no dice. I quit D2 earlier today in the middle of tire game via alt-f4, but I can't imagine that caused this? I've seen no other posts about this happening.
