"Error reading game content" but no steam_appid.txt
I'll be able to play for 10-15 mins before "error reading game content" shows up, and everyone says to delete the "steam_appid.txt" file to fix it. Problem is that I don't have this file anywhere in my Destiny 2 folders.
Anyone know a different fix? I've tried verifying the cache multiple times, and I'm on my third reinstall.

Same. I've been having this issue for a while, both before and after the move to Steam. I'm able to play for about 15-30 minutes before I get "error reading game content". I verify my cache for about 10 minutes for it to say "all files were successfully validated". Rinse and repeat. I've tried reinstalling several times, and I have no steam_appid.txt file anywhere in my Destiny 2 folder, after some thorough searching. I'm at a loss and this is a very frustrating issue when you have limited free time in your day.
