I've been playing online multiplayer games since 2011 and have never been warned once, let alone being banned. I'm not a hardcore gamer, I play games mostly with friends casually. This is the FIRST time something like this happened to me and I have no idea how to appeal to it. I was given no explanation, no e-mail, no prior warning, nothing at all.
I just bought shadowkeep digital deluxe edition on steam as my new casual grinding game to play with 3 other friends. Someone please tell me what should I do. I'm at loss for words.
This is my steam account and there is no ban showing on my steam.

Your account was banned because we detected a Destiny 2 aiming cheat designed specifically for this game in use on your account on Sept 11th. The data leading to your ban has been reviewed and the punishment will be upheld. For information on actions that can lead to account bans, visit https://bungie.net/bans

You probably have other programs running on your PC simultaneously with Destiny 2. Bungie does not allow that and will ban you for it. You would not be banned from Steam, but apparently Bungie has shut down your access to D2. Maybe one of the other PC players can give you more info. I play on PSN and that issues does not exist on console. I don't know how you can contest a ban though. Usually there is no way.
