The season pass on bungie's dictionnary is like a dlc on other games .so if you buy shadowkeep base game they give you one season pass ( 1 dlc) free .

Its called the season of the undying , the items linked to it have the vex logo instead of the cross logo (logo of shadowkeep) i think you are talking about the 4 season passes that comes with the deluxe edition,i have the same issue i didnt get it too because i preordered the game on the us store but my main charachter is on the eu store. I still wait for bungie to do something about that.

No, the steam store page states you get the season of the undying. I bought my friend the base game and he got it, I didnt due to cross save shenanigans.
