its really odd that you would add a extra step to infusion
instead of just infusing direct with listed materials
now we have to go buy an extra item with the same materials that are listed for infusion

Tbh I prefer the infusion method from destiny 1 than I do now. I didn't like how it was when destiny 2 came out and I still don't like the upgrade module method. There was nothing wrong with just glimmer and shards so why fix something that isn't broken
-
3 RepliesBecause they dont want casuals upgrading too quickly. Because that's really all it does. This does nothing to impede of the dattos and gladd's of the community. Its lazy and pointless. Not fun. And annoying. But hey heres a finisher where you can moonwalk, electric slide into a spinning back flip side kick for you!!! Yay.

It doesn’t seem to be a big deal , I’m past 900 with not much effort and seem to be picking plenty of resources so easy and effortless so far👍

3 RepliesEdited by Oinkthebaconking: 10/3/2019 5:41:32 PMIt's not odd. They're just trolling us. It's fine though. I have plenty. Besides, the same item still infuses for just glimmer.

2 RepliesThe overall concept of power level is just silly. I mean how does putting on a new helmet, increase the damage done from a gun?
-
2 RepliesI think it was to drop specific materials from the need to infuse. However, I don't think that warrants a middle man
-
1 Replyi hit the cap without any effort at all. lets give it a while to see how it shakes out. GO GIANTS
-
7 Replies1So it takes longer to infuse stuff up to level. 2 So veteran players who have hoarded thousands of them didn;t instantly get to level 1000 day 1 3 just to personally annoy you
-
5 RepliesIf it was their way of slowing folks down they’ve failed miserably. I’m already 905 light and I’ve seen a few 1000s already in Crucible.
-
2 RepliesInfusion costs 1 enhancement core instead of 2, this includes exotics. But why does it still cost one to infuse a piece of exotic armor into the exact same piece of exotic armor?
-
4 Repliesdumb as hell, they ruined the game, pay to win,if you don't have expansion. your one shot every second.Good luck bungie now the game for elite player only and people with money
-
I actually like the upgrade modules because they are overall cheaper, and you can use em anywhere. Just stock em up.
-
Its cheaper, and you have an earnable source for modules, stop complaining or play something else
-
2 RepliesThree things have changed about infusing. 1. It you want to buy the infusion item directly you need to go to the tower(Not a big deal as you can buy in bulk) 2. Your now no longer restricted in needed specific planetary materials to infuse. I personally ran out of Baryon Brough so I couldn’t infuse half of my used armor. 3. You can now get free infusions as rewards. I don’t see how it’s a bad thing
-
2 RepliesBecause bungie doesn’t care

1 ReplyEdited by Audiblegold86: 10/4/2019 12:00:00 AMEasy. To over complicate something that should be simple. Simple would be that you get enough money, then give the weapon you want to have upgraded to the weapon smith and pay with money. Basic commercialism 101. But in Destiny 2, we need to collect three types of money, several different consumables, enhancement cores, upgrade modules, shaders, weapon parts and so on and do the upgrades ourselves while jumping up and down on our left foot spinning around anti clockwise and whistling the D2 theme song. I imagine by the third expansion of Destiny 3, we will need an assortment of 25 different consumables, solve a overly complex and time consuming mini puzzle, at precisely 13.44 and 18 seconds time of day while facing 13.7 degrees north by north east, singing the D2 anthem at precisely 93.5 decibels, in order to break down a blue auto rifle. I guess they want all players to spend all of their time standing in front of the vault, attempting to upgrade items micro managing an inventory of consumables instead of actually playing the game.

they did not add a extra step the fixed it .
-
9 RepliesY’all gunna complain bout this too? Just don’t infuse wait until you get a dup and it only uses glimmer.
-
3 RepliesOmg it's cheaper. Be happy.
-
Anyone else having problems with the big bald blues' Bounty's for them? Done 4 so far and received no upgrade modules at all.
-
I feel this was the only thing they did right in the current economy lol
-
Its cheaper and the planet mats rotate so you can use whatever you have stocked up. Anybody that thinks this system is worse or more punishing is just straight up -blam!-in stupid.
-
Cause YOU spammed the forums day in day out for enhancement cores to be removed.
-
4 Replies
its really odd that you would add a extra step to infusion instead of just infusing direct with listed materials now we have to go buy an extra item with the same materials that are listed for infusion
LOLz, just give a big thanks to all the enhancement core crybaby whiners from previous seasons.
-
Doesn’t seem to be a big deal . Shouldn’t be that much infusing at this stage unless you have a weapon that you can’t put down .
-
Haven’t had to buy a single infusion yet. Takes the steps away for me
