I think that’s steam who censors usernames in online only games. Not Bungie. They don’t have a choice in that matter. Bungie is actually super supportive of lgbtq+ and even sponsored and participated in the pride parade in Seattle.

Destiny is the only online game I've played that censors my name. The only variable that has changed is a different devloper on the platform: Bungie. Steam is chill with "Cravigore" literally everywhere else I've been.
