PC move STILL doesn't work!
I am still having the issues described in another popular post today (https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/253726559?sort=0&page=0)
This means that I cannot successfully transfer my characters, DLC and silver from my battle.net to Steam.
I did the transfer ahead of time, weeks ago. Yesterday, at Shadowkeep's launch, I got greeted with create-a-character screen which I completed thinking I'd see my other characters afterwards.
However, this was not the case.
Conversely, I now only have character on my steam account, and my battle.net characters are in limbo.
Trying to use the PC move page on bungie.net doesn't help either. I can link my battle.net and steam accounts, and before transfering the characters they are displayed on screen - with my DLCs and Silver. However, once transfer "completes", it just shows me my steam character and no DLC and no silver.
Logging in to the game also doesn't pull out the correct characters.
I've tried:
-unlinking steam
-logging out and in to steam
-clearing cache
-different web browsers AND mobile
-logging out and in to bungie.net
Nothing is working.
I really want to play Shadowkeep which I, after all, have PAID for.
Some help on the issue would be great, as I am sure that others are experiencing problems too!
The other thread mentioned earlier was "solved" by a Bungie helper, but in reality it isn't. This isn't just due to "server issues", it has to be something else too.

1 ReplyI am having the exact same experience. Linked my account 1 week before and loaded into the game today and it asking me to create a character, I thought this was weird but I did it thinking I would see my character on the change a character screen after. Nope I was wrong. My character(s) are nowhere to be seen. Please fix this.

3 RepliesOK so this is starting to annoy the heck out of me so I tried multiple ways to get my account to move from blizzard to steam but until now, it's not working. I posted my problem here in this forum but no staff seems to reply. The problem is that whenever I try to link my account it'll show my Guardians and the stuff that I have like the Pass and the forsaken DLC but whenever I click transfer, it only shows warmind and curse dlcs and no guardians. If I check my profile and then head over to the characters, it showed me my guardians from my old account so I thought it's just a bug and that I can start playing. So I went to the game itself and it prompted me to create a new guardian. Thinking that maybe my I can change into my old guardians, I created a new guardian. So when I tried changing into my other guardians, it says that it's the only guardian I owned so now it's annoying the heck out of me cause I spent so much time and money on one of those guardians and I just really wanted to get them back. Please can a staff please reply or give out a statement whether they're still trying to find a fix for players like me.

@BNGHelp7 @BNGHelp6 So I'm guessing we won't even get to play this weekend? If there's no fix by tonight I doubt there will be one during the weekend. Which means we've essentially been locked out of the game for almost a week come monday.

Doesn't show up, nor can I get pass the "I accept to transfer" page. I'm not just going to f*cking start over and forget about my one year's worth of work I put into this game.

Mine still doesn't work either and now it says I can't do the migration with a steam account that was part of a previous (failed) migration...like wtf! y'all had sooooo much time to get this right

2 RepliesMY PROBLEM is mine didn't WORK so i unlink my account thinking i can do it again and i cant play my characters for 90 days seriously why 90 days i know they can fix this issue it was lagging my characters didn't show up what else i had to do is unlink it dude...........

What is going to happen if I can't for whatever reason transfer my account? I PAID for the game when it launched and I PAID for DLC content. What kind of scam is Bungie running here?

It claims the transfer was successful, but shows nothing but 0 silver as having been transferred to Steam. For a very brief moment it showed that there was an error transferring everything else, but it was way too quick for me to get a screenshot of that. This time it showed nothing but 0 silver on my battle.net account, and showed everything properly on my steam account...except that also said 0 silver. Tbf, I'm still installing via steam, so hopefully my 100 silver will be there when I can finally launch.

20 RepliesSame here. I'm bumping this as well as I am also in desperate need of an answer! If i un-link my steam account and re-link it, I can repeat the PC move process on the page. Initially all of my licenses, stats, and guardians are accurate when i log in with my battle.net account. Here's where things go south: When I select the steam account i want to move to and click continue, it then reverts back to only having Destiny2, Curse of Osiris, Warmind and no guardians at all. What makes it worse is that it says "Your destiny licenses have been transferred" and makes me click "I'm Done!" when they clearly haven't. It is not only missing my Guardian's progress but also Forsaken and the 2 year Annual pass I purchased on battle.net long before the release . Please respond! Is there any way to resolve this and get our characters and licenses transferred properly? There appear to be several others with this same issue.
