Claimed seasonal artifact while equipment was locked, cannot get it now.
I claimed The Gate Lord's Eye while in the Nightfall with my equipment locked, and now it's checked off in the season pass and I don't have it on my character, so I am prevented from getting it without support intervention.
Going to orbit, switching characters, closing and reopening the game have no effect. It didn't go the Postmaster or anywhere else. It appears to be unobtainable to my Hunter now. My alts (which I haven't played yet in Shadowkeep) have it when I log on to them, but my Hunter's slot is empty. I also tried unlocking a trait on my Titan to see if that caused it to appear on my Hunter and it does not.
Edit for additional info: I am receiving the notifications for power bonus/artifact level ups, but neither those nor leveling up my season pass has caused the artifact to appear on my Hunter.

Edited by NickF3P: 10/3/2019 7:54:55 AM[b]Edit: I was able to find a workaround and was able to equip the artifact on my Titan which was the one glitched out. If you use the Destiny Companion app and go to manage your characters gear, go to the “General” tab and under your Ghost shells it should have the artifact slot. It showed as empty but when I clicked on it, the artifact was in there and it had the “Equip” button available. After I equipped it through the Companion app it popped up in-game on my Titan.[/b] Glad to see I wasn’t the only one having this issue. I did the exact same thing as you and same results. Not in postmaster, cryptarch, nothing. Hopefully a fix can be found soon.

4 RepliesHi Tural. Thanks for your report. Have you tried visiting the Cryptarch in the Tower to see if he has the artifact? If he doesn't, could you provide a video or screenshot of this occurring so we can look into it further? A YouTube or [url=https://imgur.com/]Imgur.com[/url] link would be the best way for us to view it.
