Season Pass Not Activating on First Account Sign-In

Hi, I bought the Digital Deluxe version of Shadowkeep on my Japanese PS account and logged in to play on my USA account. The season pass, however, is NOT activated on it. The USA account is the first one I logged into and I don't have Destiny 2 on any other platform (no Cross Save). This is not an issue of wanting the season pass on both my PS4 accounts, I just want it to activate on the first account I signed into, which is the only one I play on (I don't even have characters on my JP account). Please tell me this is an oversight and not intentional, otherwise I would have bought Shadowkeep on my USA PS account, instead of now needing to pay twice for all of the season passes... =( Any help on this issue is appreciated.

    • This sounds exactly the same as my issue I brought an English copy of the game but the account I use is my American account so the first account I log in with is my American account.

    • Same I have an can play shadowkeep keep but no seaon pass an all bungie can say is we're investigating. I honestly feel scammed. I come on here to see if they are helping any of us or making a statement but no they have not. I just want what I purchased, I'm not sure if I'll buy anything from them again after this...

      • I Have the same problem, I pre-ordered Destiny 2 Shadowkeep Deluxe Edition in a secundary PlayStation account (Brazilian/BR), because my main is an USA account (10+ years I use it to play) ... I don't even have characters in the secundary, I only use it to buy the games with my country money. I have access to the Shadowkeep expansion in the US acc, but I was very disappointed when I saw I wasn't abble to access the Season Pass (annual pass with the deluxe edition). If I knew it, I would buy in my PS USA account... "Any help on this issue is appreciated"^2

      • Same for me , i preordered the deluxe edition on the us store (my account ) and started the game first on the my EU account ,and i found there is no season pass ,as you said i dont want the season for the two accounts , only for the main account (EU) ,i dont want to buy another season too and dont want to erease all the years of playing just to start over on the us account .

      • I'm having a similar issue. I pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition, I don't have cross safe and my account isn't sharing. I'm also playing on Xbox. The game let's me access Shadowkeep without issue and gave me the ghost shell, emote and banner. But for some reason I don't have access to the annual pass. It's promoting me to spend the 1000 silver to gain access to season of the undying.

        • Thought I'd mention I am having the same issue. I play on my American PSN account, but I purchase stuff on a Canadian account since I moved to Canada. I bought Shadowkeep Deluxe Edition on the Canadian account, but when I logged-in with my American account, it simply ignored the season pass -- though I did get access to the cosmetic stuff, such as the ghost and the emote. Currently, I cannot retrieve Eriana's Vow and the game suggests I should buy the season passes. I hope that something can be done about it. I was thinking of asking Sony to refund me, so I can repurchase Shadowkeep on the American account, but here is hoping that Bungie can do something about it.

          • I also do not have access to the season pass, but have all other DLC included in the Annual Pass. Sony told me to come here, any help appreciated.
