MY CHARACTERS ARE GONE?????
I just went to check on cross save (i completed it weeks ago) when i got an error trying to login today. I had it set up to transfer my ps4 account to steam and did everything necessary. It had said I was ready for shadowkeep so I was done. I logged on today it gave me an error. When i check on cross save MY CHARACTERS WERE ALL GONE.
HOW DO I GET MY STUFF BACK BUNGIE
Edit: 2 hrs in and still not even any acknowledgement from bungie that this is a problem
Edit: The maintenance they just had seems to have fixed it. For those affected go back to bungie.net and redo the cross save process. Your characters should be there and ready to save.

Just happened to me today 7\2\23. Turned off game and now i cant get on. It claimes there is a connection issue, follows up with chicken error code and does not even give me the option to make a new charecter if i even wanted to. Thats a lot of grind to just disappear. I lost my titan and my hunter. Tried all general advice, last hail mary is a delete and re install and if that doesnt work, i would hope bungie would be on top of this.

2 RepliesI made new characters does that mean I'm completely just messed up now? and what do you mean it was disconnectd? Should i disconect it then ? I made the Guardians and deleted them again. Did I just mess it up permeantly?

All mine are gone, if you deactivate your cross save and get your characters back you have to wait 90 days to reactivate it, so all that money to wait 3 months after launch! Anyone know of an easier fix?

1 ReplyI have been refreshing my bungie profile page and my characters keep disappearing for abount 5m and come back for a couple. The servers can't stay connected to the database or something and it keeps dropping my acct info every couple min.

Same here , I all ready returned to steam . I'll probly be one of thousands .I'm sure steam won't be too happy. Now it wont even let me deactivate .been The deactivating for thirty minutes
