Bought shadowkeep digital deluxebut don't have season pass

I bought the digital deluxe version of shadowkeep on one of my users for psn. I playing on another user on the same PS4 but don't have the season pass.

  • I don't have my season pass either. Enable cross save months ago (from PS to PC) and I log in to steam for the first time and my cross save was disable. Closed steam and redid my cross save, now no season pass.

    • I purchased the deluxe digital edition for a friend, and he has not received any of the deluxe content, from the preorder swag to the season passes. I tried to call Gamestop (where I ordered it from) and they said I had the proper codes (for PS4). They referred me to calling Bungie, but all the voice recording said is to go to help.bungie.net... again no answers. I am not happy with having spent the money for him to have the pretty shiny deluxe version but only receive the base version. Was there a glitch in the code or is there something else going on? any ideas please advise. Thank you.

      • I checked the bungie help page and it seems that some people are receiving silver instead of the season pass. I actually have 1000 silver now which is the price of the season pass. I think that's what happened to me. I hope you can find a solution to your problem :).

        • Looks like bungie has become too greedy. Imagine a father with three kids has the account and buys shadowkeep, claims rewards as it shows up under 'Seasons', kids already know what to except then the father is forced to buy individual season passes for all his children. Wake up bungie! Playing the game was fun but now the sense of loss at the very start. Gutted...

          • Can some one please tell me if there’s a way of getting a hold of Bungie??!?!! We all spend hard earned cash for the season pass to only get robbed by a glitchy launch! NOT OUR FAULT!!! Cross save was launched and done months ago and should have been said and done!!! We got robbed!!!!!

            • Y'all are gonna get class actioned if you ignore this. People paid for the digital Deluxe edition and if they logged in while the cross saves servers were down even if they linked accounts a MONTH ago suddenly the pre order items and season passes are applied to a useless steam account that they have never played on once? Really, really shitty of you guys. Just unlock the damn seasons by user. Steam says I have the dde, I don't have access to what I paid for, you have violated the tos.

                  I have the same issue. I bought the digital deluxe version. I received the pre order bonuses and shadowkeep works fine but for some reason it's asking me to buy the season pass... please fix this. I paid 25 extra dollars for the deluxe version. I love the game but it would feel terrible to lose out on my money like that. edit: I checked the help page and it seems that some people are receiving silver instead of the season pass. I got 1000 silver which is the price of the season pass so I think my problem is solved. I hope everyone can find a solution as well.

                  • I only bought the 34$ version and it came with the season pass. Season pass is automatic. Everyone that bought Shadowkeep got the season pass automatically. It must be an even bigger problem. Unless I experienced an error in accidentally receiving season pass. But if you got erianas vow right away then you DO have the season pass. It seems like a weird list of problems going on tho

                    • Plus to that, they the SK comes with the Season of Undying, when in reality, it's just the DLC, that's all. There should be a 'check' next to the names of the seasons, and i don't even have that

                            • Like many others out here I moved countries and now have 2 PSN accounts, the one from my home country that I'm using to play the game since this is where my characters and achievements are, and another one from my current country of residence, which I'm using to purchase games since I don't have a credit card from my home country. I bought Digital Deluxe and with the switch to in-game purchase for season pass I'm locked out of that content on account that I actually use to play Destiny. I understand reasons behind this change, I just wish Bungie could help people in similar situation, as this is quite a common problem with the way PSN accounts are structured. I don't share this account with anyone so I would be happy if they were simply able to move season pass to a different account.

                              • This is such a ridiculous problem they’ve made for themselves. I have a UK account which I played destiny 1 on for years and then moved to Japan and bought a Japanese copy of Destiny 2. Bought all Destiny 2 DLCs through Japan Ps store. They even had the season pass before that was playable from a different account. Seems strange to change it now. I hope they fix this.

                              • hello .. i'm also disappointed that Bungie adopted this model of Season Pass ... at home we are three and we play on the same PS4 .... we play since 2014 and we consider ourselves founders ... until Season 7 was running everything ok but now only one account will be able to enjoy the Season Pass and the others just the campaign ... I believe my story with the game is coming to an end ... you know, I was happy to hear that Bungie left Acitivision .. But on the other hand I was sad to see that Activision is still in Bungie's soul. Sorry for the outburst! and good journey to all and be at peace with your light.
