Bought the content and was never able to play. Stuck in waiting cue all evening(3pm-10pm EST). Thanks Bungie, a great big thank you for me being loyal for 3 years. I guess it's my fault for thinking something would have changed. I was hoping that this time some of the money we spent in Eververse would go to buying some servers. Nope, every time we get a big DLC....stuck in a cue. Do we get any compensation for our inability to use the product we paid for?

The irony is that the companion app connected about 15 minutes ago. ...And I’m out again (connection to Destiny servers has been lost). I’m now back in the ‘temporary’ queue. Xbox informs me that Shadowkeep is ready to start! FML, it’s like a sick joke...

1 ReplyI've been playing Destiny since its release on the PS3. I bought every expansion, I've done all the content for both Destiny 1 and 2, and all of their expansions. I pre-ordered the Shadowkeep digital deluxe, and pre-loaded this shit at 6 AM. I got off work 2 hours after it was supposed to release, came home, and booted up Shadowkeep. I was in orbit for two minutes before being booted with a Weasel code. I haven't been able to connect since then, and it's been nearly five hours. I've gotten everything from Marionberry to Weasel, "Servers are unavailable" to "One Moment..." Queue went from 23,000 to 200, back up to 13,000, down to 6,000, up to 7,400. I just got logged in. Guess what i see at the bottom? "Contacting Destiny 2 servers"... And i'm booted again. FIX YOUR FRAGGING SERVERS

5 RepliesI don’t mind the queue. Staggered entry is ok. My issue is that I’ve been signed into the queue screen for 11 minutes. My buddy signed on about 5 minutes ago and is now in game. “Order in which you connected” my rear end.

Im pretty sure i have gotten in 3 times but i have to accept pop ups and it resets my position. Been waiting for 30 minutes lol.

Same, unpacked at 5.50pm, sat waiting, been 40 mins now. Have accepted pop ups and seen orbit for 1 second before being booted (weasel error). Restarted Steam, restarted PC. Just more errors. 2 friends jumped straight in 10 mins ago. WTF! Thanks Bungie.

my guess is that steam didn't give bungie enough servers to run the game on, so now there is this que, blame steam not bungie.

This is stupid!! I literally started the app at 12:59 to try to sign on and still got this message. What is worse if that my friend in the party chat was able to log in on the first attempt and he started his app after me.
