Hey bungie, im trying to play on my Xbox account that I bought silver on but it’s locked me out for 34 days and I really wanna play on this account before shadowkeep.

Read the article, and if your issue is not resolved by the information in the article, please click the button at the bottom, fill out the form with all of the information, and submit it. After submission, please be patient, as the Bungie teams have to go through each submission (including all of those that were before yours), and they only do so during business hours, so it may take some time for you to get a result if one is needed. - Just bear in mind that business hours are not over the weekend, so the earliest you might be able to receive any assistance is Monday, and the people working on those submissions do go through them in order, so is possible that you won't be able to receive any assistance prior to the 24-hour maintenance that starts on the 30th. That maintenance is the beginning of the Shadowkeep release; it ends on Tuesday when Shadowkeep releases.
