Notice: Eververse items will no longer dismantle into bright dust. Meaning you wouldn’t be able to buy them to progress faster. No p2w. With the emphasis on exp being a metric for progression in power and activities this move reeks of underhanded bull. Not only do they increase exp but also increase [u]loot[/u] gains. Loot is a major source of currency. Well gee, here they are implementing a system that requires [i]more resources[/i]. So when we finally need exp and resources the most, they shaft you on earning them. 🤯 The medallions kept your exp gains boosted so you could use another ghost shell besides an exp one, like a regional, glimmer or vendor token ghost. This is a blatant move to slow us down even more. It really shafts the less hardcore people who need the extra boost in their earnings. The long term pay off of them using is what makes them a good item to use. Bungie is just bound and determined to make one stupid move after another. I know some of you will say, ‘The gains aren’t that big so it’s no big deal’. Realize what that actually means. If the gains aren’t that good then why even remove it? Just shows how far they are going to inflate the grind. Instead of making lasting content, they want cheap disposable crap. Well...sucks for them. They lost a paying customer.
