Me, because if this was a real mmo/rpg, I would've betrayed everyone, killed Uldren, waited for him to get revived and then killed him with Thorn so he stays dead for good. Total Darkness infused psychopath yo in here.

Aksis is my favourite but only because his Devil Splicers were willing to take foreign tech from their enemy and fuse it with themselves to achieve perfection. They all saw the potential of SIVA and didn’t even hesitate and that alone makes their ilk very dangerous to everyone, not just guardians. I do hope SIVA makes a proper return because it needs to be highlighted just how powerful golden age tech can be. Under Rasputin’s control, it annihilated a massive force of risen and even took down the original few who created the foundations for being a guardian. Only two people survived that onslaught and one of them was traumatised into pacifism. Anything that can permanently kill a guardian is a major threat. SIVA killed over a hundred of them with no trouble. Even though SIVA was a top tier breakthrough, I’d imagine this alone puts the power of golden age tech into perspective.

1 Reply%I'm surprised Savathin isnt up here. While we have yet to see her in the flesh, her plan has been drawn out from since as far back as the creation of the awoken and possibly further into the past than that. Every single thing has played right into her hands. There hasnt been any "wow the guardians outplayed or surprised Savathun" She may not be taking the head on approach and B-lining right into the Sol, but shes taking the smart approach. Shes accomplishing her own agenda in her own way, with as little conflict as possible, and will eventually catch the guardians off guard. No one has yet to think these last events were Savathun's doing, not even Eris. Maybe Mara, but she keeps hella secrets. But, thanks to plot, either her plan wont succeed, the darkness will kill her, or somehow the guardians and Savathun will gain a...weird alliance. No one holds a candle to Savathun right now except Uldren, who's fleshed out character we have already seen, and in a way, you can say he's not even a villain. Just a man that has internal conflicts with himself due to the trauma he has had to endure and people walking all over him. And now nobody knows where he is. %

8 RepliesOk so hear me out. Uldren is definitely my current favourite. But you know who I say is maybe the best villain that we’ve seen so far....or are hopefully going to see.... Eramis the shipstealer. A baroness from the old house of devils. She maybe poses one of the biggest threats and the biggest opportunities for the city and the Eliksni. Let’s look at it this way. She is rebuilding the house of devils. A house that in the past has nearly directly or helped bring a possible end to the last “safe” city twice. Imagine what would happen if she reaches most of those who remain in house dusk? Imagine what could happen if they return to the plaguelands? Imagine what could happen if they march back on the city with an army built on revenge? She could singlehandedly bring one of the biggest threats to us since Ghaul. But she could also be the biggest turning point for us. She’s already (indirectly) resulted in the death of Ives. The cryptark’s reef rep who was loyal to the reef. And she’s already made an attempt (again indirectly) to steal SIVA from the tower. She also poses a threat to Mithrax’s plan at unification between humanity and the Eliksni. If she returns to the plaguelands, and reunites the devils with SIVA, well I reckon that will piss off Rasputin. That’s four major groups pissed. Rasputin, the reef, house Light (maybe also House judgement) and humanity. If she makes an army big enough, she could force a proper alliance between us. And that would make her the most needed villain ever.

Skolas’ background in the Reef Wars and his slightly crazy but right motivation to reunite the Houses, Aksis and his techno-religious desire to achieve godhood by becoming machine, Uldren and his complicated story. The Scorned Barons after suffering under the flawed Houses then rising up. As Chubbyninja said, Eramis would also make a great enemy. Eramis is one of the 4 greatest examples of the terror of the post-Whirlwind Eliksni (the other 3 being Sekris, Taniks and Draksis). She is powerful, cunning, a true pirate, and I can’t wait to see more of her attempts to rebuild Devils.
