Long story short, I had some issues when setting up my cross data. I was able to link My battle.net account, PS4, Xbox, and Steam. However, when I checked, it said that my battle.net account didn´t have any characters, which is not true. After doublechecking my info, I saw that I was using an incorrect Battle.net account. So I proceeded to undo all changes, and accessed using the correct account. The problem is now that I can´t continue with the Cross Save Data. When I typed all my accounts again, PS4 and Xbox had an error, and it was that because I unlinked them from the Cross Save data, I need to wait 89 days in order to link them again. In this case I do not want to link the account, but I see no option to manually remove the accounts. Is there any way to remove the accounts, so I can continue with the Cross Save process?

11 RepliesIn order to adjust linked accounts, please go to your Bungie.net Settings, then go to Accounts & Linking, and within that area, you can unlink the incorrect Battle.net ID and then link the correct one. Keep in mind that because you enabled Cross-Save and then proceeded to disable it, you have imposted a 90-day lockout period before you can reenable it; you must wait out the security lockout before you can turn Cross-Save back on after fixing your linked account issue.

4 RepliesEdited by DoctorFu: 5/4/2021 8:13:38 PMMy PSN username was changed and it appears to be locked as the old name on my Bungie.net account settings page. How can I delete my PSN account from Bungie if I don't have access to it anymore? Edit: This is the error message I'm seeing: "Authentication Error Unlinking has failed because you signed into a different external account than the one you have linked. We cannot unlink your external account unless you sign into the correct account.Unlinking has failed because you signed into a different external account than the one you have linked.
