MMXIX seal help
hi
yesterday before bout 1230 pm est time i had active my mmxix seal and had gotten it. but i logged and come back later and it was gone.
ive made a topic before bout it but got no help. is there anything help i can get. its my first seal i had gone after and worked hard on trying to get it

3 RepliesYou didnt finish the seal. You have to click the claim box to recieve it, which apparently you didnt. The event is over now and cannot be claimed

4 RepliesFirst, please don't post the same topic multiple times on the forum. It's generally frowned upon. As for your question, if you didn't claim the title after finishing all the triumphs you didn't actually earn it. Before you ever equip the title, you have to unlock it, and that's the step that you have appeared to have missed.
