Something I just noticed: Warlock supers in arc take time to kill, while other classes in arc are one shots. Solar warlocks don't swing as fast as a solar titan throws. Void locks slowva bomb is negated by walls, but void shields bounce in any direction and track automatically. A void hunter's arrow will negate your super while traveling if you are close to it. And even with the nerf to nightstalker, it can still move about the map far easier than a nova warp. Warlocks are the only class that can teleport, but its mainly tied to void, with top arc getting it in super. But it drains so much compared to a bottom arc titan or mid void hunter's movement. Idk, I've been a warlock main since d1, but we seem to get shafted every update.

  • Yeah, but as I said, there is nothing for warlocks. A midair dash? "Tracking" blades of fire? Idk, it feels like warlocks got the short end of the stick.

Why[/quote] Top tree dawnblade's Icarus dash out of super has like a 5 sec cooldown, and we are vulnerable out of super while performing it. All it is a boost in any direction that cancels our glide afterwards. Yeah, we can aim while in midair, but we might as well stay on the ground. More cover. Bottom tree dawnblade's ability to regain super energy on kills isn't that rewarding when the blades track on their own and crash into a wall after its been thrown and the guy narrowly runs around a corner. AND the Phoenix dive leaves us open to attack and recovers more health the higher we are from the ground. A feat that is pointless since you have less mobility in the air, there's no advantage since there is no cover in the air, and you can't glide and shoot at the same time unless you have an exotic chest equipped. (Wings of Sacred Dawn) Idk, if they reworked some of the perks, then maybe dawnblade would be better. Like switch top tree icarus dash with bottom tree Phoenix dive.

  • Pretty sure by the end of D1 everyone was running around with Ice Breaker, Sidearms and stickies... All of which kill you extremely fast, if not instantly.

  • Don’t forget, when slovabomving a group of taken blockers in gambit, the ai is smart enough to shield the large blockers. Wasting your super. If it happened occasionally, ok. But 80%, no that’s an AI algorithm to make the game more challenging.
