My cpu is i5 2500k and the max usage registered for the game is 86%, my gpu is radeon 470 4gb, my ram is 16gb dual channel. Using win 10 x64 with everything up to date. Also with freesync active in a 75hz monitor with 40 to 75 active range. (the fps go all the way down to 25 30 for 2 3 secs then goes back up to 60 70.. I already tried disabling gamebar service, tweaking the graphics, repairing the game, deleting cvar file.. etc.. there is nothing more i could see online to do to fix this.. Other graphically intensive and not intensive games work fine, like the new control, spyro reignited trilogy, gta online, battlefield 4, etc. the problem only happens in this game. Update: i seem to have narrowed down the issue, it seems it was the energy setting for the cpu cooler, it was set on passive, to diminish the cpu speed instead of increasing the cooler speed to control the temperature.
