Unable to get into Tribute Hall on any character
I've tried getting into the tribute hall on all of my characters but it seems I am missing the initial tribute and I don't know how to get it back - I've tried abandoning the quest (Golden Hero) and reacquiring but no luck. What do I need to do to get that tribute back?
