Game Ban
Hello Mr. or Ms. Support person in Bungie:
“RobotWizard”
I am writing back regarding response to previous trouble ticket with Blizzard.
I was ban from Destiny 2 and trouble tickets with Blizzard come back with the same response that I can not appeal decision by Bungie.
I am appealing to the human side of your company. This are the fact:
I was hacked, I was forced to change email systems, passwords, ip address with internet provider, all my digital life was hacked. Today I am recovering from this issue. I have to frozen bank account and everything that is password related.
I will appreciate, that you look beyond the normal Terms and Conditions response standard to Bungie and see the information I am presenting. I am not a criminal, hacker or any thing that resemble improper behavior. I have served with honor and respect all my life in this Great Country of USA.
In the daily events things happens, I take responsibility from my end because I should have been more aware of my digital word and who used them. The only final thing in life is dead. As a human/person I am asking for a second chance.
I hope that you too also believe in second chances and look to the human side of this issue.

Your account security, and your account’s actions, are your responsibility. While not intentional, you suffered a breach of security that led to your account breaking the TOS and being banned. This is your responsibility. While it may not be your fault. Bungie will not revoke your ban.
