Cross save problem
I have linked to my account a psn account, and when I try to activate the cross save It asks me to login to that account. Unfortunately I can't login in that account anymore, It's the same if I try to unlink It. Is there some way I can bypass this step?
P.S I only need the cross save from Battle.net to Steam

4 RepliesYou said that you are only trying to “cross-save from Battle.net to Steam”. It seems that you are confused about what cross-save is for, versus the Steam migration. If you only wish to have your Battle.net licenses and character data migrate to Steam, which is basically a requirement to continue playing on PC, that process does not involve the cross-save feature. You need to fill out the PC Move form, here on Bungie.net, to link your Battle.net account to your Steam account. That’s it. Zero involvement of cross-save. Cross-save is not even possible between Battle.net and Steam only, as they are the same platform. Unless you have a console account that you wish to share character data to/from, along with your PC account, cross-save does not apply in your situation.

All linked accounts must be authenticated to turn on cross save. Bungie cannot remove linked accounts for players. You will need to work with the platform the account belongs to on recovering the log in credentials.
