I need to deactivate cross save! My PSN account just got hacked. Please HELP!
Hello,
I have activated cross save last week on my account and authenticated to my PS4 account but I decided to play on PC.
Today my PSN account got hacked and Sony said that was not able to recover my account. I need to deactivate the cross save to keep my chars safe! I can't deactivate by myself because bungie require to authenticate on PSN account and all the informations was changed.
My chars were created on PC. I have full access to this.
Please someone help me.

1 ReplyContact Sony. You will need info such as email address used to create the PSN account, and the serial number of the first console used to create your account on.
