D2 Characters are gone

So I main my characters on Blizzard, and I activated Cross Save for Steam. I still had all my characters there so I had no problem. Then one day I wanted to activate Cross Save for my Xbox account if i ever get an Xbox because one of my buddies had Xbox. So I did the Cross Save for it and one day I wanted to get on and play Destiny, all my characters are gone. So I looked up some fixes and some people say deactivate Cross Save, And yes I knew I would have to wait 90 days for the account. But I just wanted to unlink my Xbox account from the Cross Save. So I did the authentication for deactivation on my account for Xbox and it said "Authenticated" and it never got unlinked. So I checked and see if I can deactivate my blizzard account from Cross Save, (which I dont want to do because i have to wait 90 days) and apparently I have to wait 90 days because i recently purchased silver on my blizzard account. So i dont know what to do, All i want is to unlink my Xbox account from Cross Save so I can play my characters again and prep for Shadowkeep. Please help. Thanks

    • When you activate Cross Save, you choose an account to designate as your Active Account. Your Guardians in you're Active Account will be the Guardians playable on all linked platforms. I think what happened is you thought you activated Cross Save to play on Xbox, but instead you designated your Xbox Guardians to be playable on all platforms. You're only course of action is to disable Cross Save and continue progress on your PC. After the 90 days have passed, activate Cross Save again. At that time, designate your Steam account as your Active Account. Be sure to review every step and information during the process caredully before clicking Activate Cross Save at the end.
