I have the 80% discount and the emblem to go with it. I have all the enemy tributes bought from the Calus statue and all of the other triumphs that award tributes. But I do not have the secret triumph that is supposed to unlock after completing the "Thrifty" Triumph for getting an 80% discount. The one that gives you the other staff tribute that goes next to the first tribute you place to open the door. I did finish the 80% triumph before completing all the other triumphs that award tributes. The last one I completed was the Scoundrel in Uniform one for gambit infamy. Maybe that is what glitches it out?
