I tried to cross save my Xbox characters to my Battle.net. Now i lost my Xbox characters and i don`t see them on Battle.net . When i try to deactivate my Cross save, I can see my characters . Is there anyway i can fix this. I just want to play with my Xbox characters on Pc. Help would be appreciated.

You can view what your cross save account is and deactivate it if need be vi settings > accounts and linking. There is a cool down period of 90 days if you describe Cross save before you can activate it again.

Edited by jnikoley: 9/8/2019 2:59:31 PMIt appears your linked battlenet doesn’t have any Destiny 2 character data. It sounds like you tried to enable cross save, but selected the battlenet as your main. If you want your XBOX characters to appear on battlenet, you need to make XBOX your main. You should also be sure you have the correct battlenet account linked to Bungie.net That said, now that you’ve deactivated cross save, you won’t be able to enable it again for 90 days. Be sure to read the cross save faq before beginning the process the next time.

It looks like you have enabled cross save for your Blizzard account, rather than your Xbox account. You will need to disable cross save, then reenable it for your Xbox account. Please not that there is a 90 day period where you cannot reenable it once you have disabled it.
