It's slower than any other class, uncharged melees on other classes do as much damage as a charged one for Warlocks.
You can hit a guy first and he will still do 2 melees back at you before the warlock is even close to doing a 2nd one.

They will have weapons of light, Blessing of light, rally barricade(no exotic required), the void grenade mod that grants a de-buff(pair with suppression grenade), & a bubble that you can hide in & take 0 damage. This all with the ability to roam around with said buffs. Thoughts? But well got nerfed.

2 RepliesPersonal opinion. If you have to rely on punching someone twice to win an engagement, it means you've already made a mistake somewhere and now your being punished. Learn the best way to deal with the situation. It isnt always "Keep punching". The game wasn't designed to be a boxing match. Stop playing patty cake. Blink away after the first slap for voidwalkers. Or push them away with atomic breach. Stormcallers have more range. And access to arc soul. Dawnblades can air dodge out or have burns. Rule of thumb. Titans press forward to melee. Warlocks backpedal. Hunters dodge.

1 ReplyDude as a Warlock main I always thought there was something wrong with my Console or maybe my internet was Bad or something, like seriously i always get punched twice b4 i get a chance to throw the 2nd punch this is super messed up, i actually get killed in most Melee engagements, that's why i use the Shotgun melee combo since the other classes always seem to hit so much faster

Bungie is trash and their balancing is a joke. They can’t even fix the most basic and important issues. They’re too busy making re-skinned sparrows, ships and ghosts to scam us though.

1 ReplyFor real. The only charged warlock melee that actually packs a punch is middle tree Voidwalker. Hit an enemy and you send them flying along with an explosion, you pretty much win any melee fight because they get lunged so far that they can’t even touch you. Every other melee is nothing more than a gimmick.

Yes please. Honestly wouldn’t mind going back to warlocks having extended range too, a little bit of a bump up in pvp wouldn’t hurt

Also Bungie are a joke that they have not addressed this. People may say something like "They have more important things to worry about right now" Truth is though is that this affects 1 third of their player base on a class that is already played the least.
