You'll need to return it to your retailer as defective and ask for a refund. All physical copies of Destiny 1 that come with DLC will have expired codes. Bungie will not replace the expired codes. The platform owner (Sony/Microsoft) will not replace the expired codes. The codes are expired and have been known to be expired for more than a year.
The codes are part of the product, they are included and sold with the product; thus, while your disc in the box may work, the full product itself, which is the box, the disc, and the codes, does not work, so it is defective and you need to return it to the retailer as defective.
The only certain way to get the full Destiny 1 experience that is currently available is to purchase it on the console store.
