I see a ton of individuals complain about elitists in the forums while completely ignoring the individuals willing to carry or that have no requirements. There’s numerous individuals who simply do not want to play with others. They prefer playing solo. I have more than one friend whom do not speak because they are very shy, nervous, one is physically unable to, and another is hard of hearing. Although for these friends were usually able to make accommodations to work around it pretty easily. Other individuals feel that raids should have automatic matchmaking and feel it is not their responsibility to have to search and find a team. Other individuals don’t possess the skill to complete the raid and do not want to bog down a team. These individuals often need encouragement just to step foot into a raid. The reasons vary. However the “hardest” content in many games are rarely completed for most games, not even just in the style of destiny. People tend to have a short attention span and get tired of games rather quick, swiftly moving to the next stimulating game.
