ErrorCannotLoadLinkedCredential
Need help unlinking my xbox account. Haven't used it in ages and now it's giving me trouble. I tried signing in for the first time in years and apparently my old gamertag doesn't work anymore; Microsoft gave me some randomly generated name and a fresh account, but now the link between my Microsoft account and my Bungie.net account doesn't work, which is stalling my ability to use the cross save feature. I don't know if anyone can help manually unlink the two accounts but I would greatly appreciate it.

3 RepliesHello Mason, You will need to unlink all the other accounts that you do have access to and then create a new Bungie.net account and link them to that. Without access the XBOX account you won't be able to unlink it. Hope that helps.
