I know its a lot of work but with new guardians coming in new light they should be able to stand a chance against veterans and also it would bring value back to older content expanding what we can do

Edited by Vigilence: 10/5/2019 2:49:41 AMWould love some of the old weapons and armor that only has 1 trait to be modernized with two so they can actually be useful and not an instant dismantle. Very sad to see Ikelos weapons in particular not updated with the new expansion and still using the old fashion system. This also includes a mod slot for items that don't have em.

Don't worry, they'll get re-skinned and named something else...
-
Yes please!

2 RepliesSuch a huge already built loot pool that's been left behind, all of the weapon archetypes already have assigned perk pools so giving them random rolls isn't a tough thing, I'd argue that Bungie's holding onto them to release them in the future as filler
-
3 RepliesI just want Old Fashioned to return to the loot pool :(
-
2 RepliesThey don’t care. It’s intentional. They already scammed you and took your money for the Year 1 weapons, then they made them irrelevant in order to charge even more money for their year 2 & 3 scams, all with a side serving of the cash shop scam. It’s ethical to update old paid weapons? It’s their responsibility? They don’t care about any of that. They’re slimey snake oil salesmen whose only concern is extracting as much money from you as they possibly can, their integrity and reputation be damned.

But d2 is running out of space! -bungie Here's some more stuff in eververse. -also bungie
-
4 RepliesI say we need more perks... Every gun is the same if it has outlaw and killclip lol
-
5 Repliesyeah! that would make Collections even more pointless!
-
3 RepliesI would also support this for older armor. Since the Braytech sn0treads are super fire to wear but lack perks making them really unviable..
-
1 ReplyOr scrap the entire y1 guns system except for a few and have them in the y2 system
-
I'd love to see DFA and Midnight Coup go at it again.
-
2 RepliesKinda agree with this, but everyone should at least grab a collections scathlock first. It's actually a good roll
-
I doubt it's a lot of work.
-
or at least weapon mod compatible.
-
1 ReplyI honestly just settle for +10 masterworks and mod slots on Y1 weapons.
-
I'm hoping they apply the armor 2.0 method to weapons so I can slot whatever mods I want.
-
-
Would be epic
-
2 RepliesTbh, all I want is just a mod slot to be available on Y1 weapons
-
I agree,They need to update the remaining y1 weapons with random rolls.
-
4 RepliesJust let me put mods on my Year 1 weapons and I'll be happy. Rampage Spec on Midnight Coup? Boss Spec on Ikelos Shotgun? Mods for my Trials weapons? Yes pleaseeee
-
They said they are talking about weapons in next weeks TWAB. And considering they are allowing almost all armor to be obtainable in armor 2.0 (as discussed in this weeks TWAB featuring armor), I wouldn't be surprised if they updated y1 weapons just as they are updating y1 armor. It would be great.

6 RepliesEdited by Phobos113: 9/6/2019 11:04:17 AMThey need to add random rolls to blue, green, and white weapons again. I say that mostly for the newcomers but I remember back in D1 every once and a while I would get a blue weapon that was pretty decent and would keep it and use it in the Crucible just to change things up a bit.

1 ReplyEdited by Avenging HungerNL: 9/5/2019 10:42:02 PMjust no. focus on shadowkeep bungie :D
-
2 RepliesI miss the like two Hakke Scout Rifles that dropped in y1. Their design is really nice.
