It always cracks me up when players like him complain about D2 not being "challenging" enough. LOL. Yeah, who would have thought that doing a Raid hundreds of times would make it easier to beat after a while? Who knew? So, the entire game needs to be tweaked to make it harder for him and his elite group. Sounds fair. lol.

When a raid boss gets one cycled the first day it gets released (with contest active) the game is too easy. I dont care how op someone is in a patrol zone or in a strike but when endgame activities get destroyed on day one of a dlc release the game is just too easy.

If rank rookies can do this, then you have a point. If it's elite players, I couldn't care less. Let them go play Sekiro if Destiny is too easy for them. I'm not impressed when elite players on coordinated teams using meta gear are telling me the game is too easy. That's laughable to me.

Datto wasn't a first time player along with his group at some point, he jumped right in uber leet pro ? I guess anyone can than including the community ....

How is the game difficult at all though?
-
How is the game difficult at all though?
It's a silly question. Not everyone is at the same level in this game. Some people can solo a Nightfall Strike, some can't. Some can even solo a raid. There's going to be some point there you are not going to be challenged by a game anymore. Maybe it's time to move on to something else, like Sekiro.
-
The same can be said for those who "can't" .
-
The same can be said for those who "can't" .
No, because they aren't the one's complaining. Nobody is whining about it being too hard.
-
I actually replied to the wrong person, my bad .
-
LOL. No problem.
-
But what about it is difficult? The benefit datto has is that he explains what his issues are. It's insane to attempt to make a game that's inclusive to everyone. I'm not concerned witg the very bottom or the very top. I want to know what the general public is finding difficult and why
-
But what about it is difficult?
Can you solo the Nightfalls?
-
The entire game is difficult because the majority of the player base can't solo nightfalls? Being able to solo a an activity isn't the best metric for what we're talking about here as it's a self imposed handicap But to answer your question Yes, some of them I can
-
Being able to solo a an activity isn't the best metric for what we're talking about here as it's a self imposed handicap
Players go in to raids (over and over again) with coordinated stacked teams and all the best gear, then complain it's too easy. Is that the metric of proof? How is making them shoot at a stationary bullet sponge for an extra 60 seconds, make it more challenging?
-
? How is making them shoot at a stationary bullet sponge for an extra 60 seconds, make it more challenging?
This right here proves my point that it's not difficult. If the only difference is it taking slightly longer depending on loadout, then there's no real difficulty.
-
Edited by blade329: 9/6/2019 3:50:12 AM
If the only difference is it taking slightly longer depending on loadout, then there's no real difficulty.
Well, that's sort of the problem with a loot based game where you grind the same events over and over again. If the pinnacle loot isn't making the game easier, then what's the point of the game? Look at LFG. Everyone wants to speed run through everything. People want to go through raids/nightfalls quickly. What Bungie should have done was make the bosses more complex. Let's face it, the bosses in this game are terrible overall. Boring, predictable statues. People can say what they want about Anthem, but at least some of their boss fights are incredible.

You are in denial The game is way too easy - thats a face 1 phasing a raid boss day 1? Basically says everything
-
Edited by blade329: 9/5/2019 5:18:07 PMLOL. Really? Who is insta-killing a raid boss on day one? Everyone knows all the mechanics and have the perfect load out without ever having gone in before? Yeah, right.
The game is way too easy - thats a face
No one is forcing you to use meta gear. You want it harder, then solo the raid, use blue gear, don't use well of radiance, or go in with half a team. Problem solved.
-
This. The only reason most people can even complete the raids, let alone one phase a boss on any day, is because people post guides to show you exactly what to do, where to do it, and what you need to do it with. It's a joke that people complain games are too easy when all they do is look for others to beat it for them and then just copy what they do. You really think everyone would have figured out Swarm or MT without someone posting it to Reddit or Youtube? No. People would still be stuck on Leviathan if there were no raid guides for the masses.
-
No one is insta killing raid bosses on day 1.
-
Tweak the game for them. Have a "streamer mode". Blue armour and weapons and knocked down to the minimum requirements for the activity. There you go, challenging content.😂
-
🤣😂😅 Epic!
-
They complain about the game being too easy but will continue to use whatever the strongest loadout is to make the game easy....
-
They complain about the game being too easy but will continue to use whatever the strongest loadout is to make the game easy....
Such simple logic. So hard for them and their sheep to understand.
