Cannot receive notifications
I quit Destiny 2 about eight months ago, and now I’m back. When I quit, I changed my display name and identifying number. Now that I’m back, I have changed my display name back to its original but not my identifying number. The change in the original identifying number seems to have broken the ability to receive forum notifications. I’ve already tried clearing the app cache and content database, and resetting everything to defaults. The last notification I have is from 8 months ago, I’ve gotten none since returning.

1 ReplyHi there. Thanks for your report. You might need to sign out of the app itself then delete it and reinstall it to see if that can help with your issue. You may also want to check your Bungie account Notification settings to make sure that you receive notifications for things.
