It’d be nice to be able to search my vault by Perk
So if I want to know all my stuff that has dragonfly or rampage or outlaw, I can do a quick search for it. QoL improvement

I recently discovered an item manager by the name of "little light" it is way better than the D2 companion and has the feature to search by perks as well as many more great features. I'd recommend checking it out

2 RepliesDestiny item manager and other apps aside.... why exactly can people not take 3 minutes to hit the tower up in order to collect the postmaster. Among mant other things like say collect a bounty or two and turn in tokens etc? What exactly is so crazy about asking your fireteam leader to hit the tower every few hours if needed lol

Back in early D1 there was a way to search through other people’s vaults. Fun times.

It’s an all round better application. I also wish you could see BOTH perks for armour sets. Like what scavenger or reload perks are available on each set without having to inspect each one. Doing this is annoying also.

5 RepliesAs others have mentioned, there are apps out there you could use for your needs. I would much rather have a simple message in game saying" your postmaster is completed out of space ", instead of flying back to tower and seeing it when you've landed. By then you've already lost some half descent loot. Either that or double the postmaster space

Bungie offers you to use independent third party application because they’re too busy digging in the recycling folder.

DIM can do this exaqct thing for you. I wish there was an in game version but this is a good alternative

Use destinyitemmanager. You type in what it is you are looking for and it will show you what you are looking for. Ie you type in quickswap in the search tab.. everything that is not matching your search fades out and you can then look at weapons with said perk.

Any type of organization other than what we have would be nice. Its some what of a cluster-blam!- atm.

I use Ishtar on ios and this is a thing on there. Honestly having an app that allows for easy transfer makes a huge difference

Tired of seeing all those triumps that say "unknown"..see it with DIM (Destiny Item Manager) See your progress on all your quest at once, serch by weapon type, perk, see all your armor that has enhanced perks, ...seriously, I love this thing. This app shows everything and need to move something over to another character? just drag it over with your mouse, shows the planets your ghost can detect materials on, sorts your weapons/armor in your vault by power level. Best app for destiny imo. And you can see everything you have, on all 3 characters and your vault on one page (you do have to scroll down of course.

1 ReplyHonestly anything like this best suited for “Destiny Item Manager” or “DIM”, as they appear to be more reliable than Destiny 2 devs right now when it comes to GUI. So if you use that I’d say request them to do this. If you use it you should, in my opinion it’s VERY useful. (You can now recently see what ghosts are for what planet over all your characters at one time and transfer them at will)

2 RepliesSure. Because we all know how difficult it is to scroll across stuff. I mean, we could have an interior to our ship that would hold our vault and bounties, etc so we wouldn't have to suffer through the tower loading and then run from one side of the tower to the other... but yeah... Let's have them add a search by perk feature instead.

That would be really useful, but you're asking the same company that have made six player activities for the last five years, without matchmaking and not including a way to reasonably recruit people in to your team without the use of means outside the game to make something for convenience. You will be able to access Eververse from the director soon though. As per with Destiny people have gone and done Bungie's job for them. DIM and Ishtar Commander have the ability to search for weapon / armour perks and move items between characters. You can check your progress on bounties, pursuits and glory / valor rank all on the same screen. Bungie should be hiring those people rather than blowing cash on pizza Wednesdays.
